BIC Event Instructions

Welcome to Business in Calgary magazine's FREE event listing for business events, entrepreneurial conferences, contests, awards, trade shows, and other activities of wide interest to business people and entrepreneurs in the Southern Alberta area.


Any organization can list their events** as long as they are within the following criteria…

· Events must be of interest to entrepreneurs and business people – locally or online.

· They must provide a service or be educational in nature.

· Contests, business plan competitions and award programs open to entrepreneurs and members of the business community will also be included.

· Event must be in Calgary and surrounding area.

· Event listings must be received no later than Thursday at 10am each week to be included in the next week's email distribution.


Please Note: Event submissions are very appreciated. Due to the large volume of events we receive, we are not able to post all events submitted. If we are able to post your material, you will see your event on our email blast which is sent the week prior to the event occuring.
If we require any additional material you will be contacted, however it is important to follow the event posting details listed below.

We compile our weekly event listing to be delivered each Friday morning, and it is distributed to the 11,500 contacts in our database. Please submit your upcoming business events in the following format:
